PROCESSING TIME: "When will my order ship?"
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 5-7 business days. During our Holiday months, shipping is up to 10-12 days due to the increase in volumes of orders. We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
Can I exchange my order?
If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order.

Must receive notification via email with the reason for your return/exchange within 3 business days of the delivery date. And we must receive your return within 5 business days of the delivery date in order to honor the exchange.
Have you received my return?
Please allow 7 to 10 business days to process returns. Items need to be inspected before issuing credit

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment. For international orders, Standard Airmail includes a customs form label number that can be used to locate your package but is not an actual tracking number.
